Knitwear engineer Ms.Javzandulam Sampil, who had passion in creating and constructing since her childhood, founded UUJIN in 1995. Her vast knowledge about textile and desire to create unique long lasting quality pieces made her to work with most exotic fibers of Mongolia-yak down, camel wool and cashmere.
The name UUJIN derived from Mongolian word UUJ. UUJ is a Mongolian women’s traditional ceremonial long vest, worn outside of the costume resembling princess silhouette, with panel skirt. In fact, UUJIN is well known for its trendy, feminine pieces which reflect the meaning of its brand - capes, ponchos and Ruanas.
